How to Get 14 Oracle Ascension Coins After Defeating Adamantoise

Head to Longwythe Rest Area after you defeat the Adamantoise. Talk to Dave and he will assemble all your friendly NPCs (up to 14) in the local diner again and each gives you one Coin.

There's no quest, nor marker for this.
