- 2 lbs red potatoes (907g), peeled and cut
- 2 tbsp olive oil (30mL)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp rosemary (1g)
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder (4.5g)
Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the red potatoes. Cook for 8 minutes. In a bowl combine the olive oil, rosemary, and garlic powder.
