- 1¾ lbs blue mussels (800g)
- ½ cups white wine (125 ml)
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 cup chicken stock (250 ml)
- 1 tsp butter (25g)
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- a pinch of pepper
Steps
