Ingredients
- 12oz sea bass, or any fish really (340g)
- Panko bread crumbs - enough to coat the fish
- 2 tbsp tartar sauce (30mL)
- 1 egg, beaten
- flour - enough to coat the fish
- salt and pepper, to taste
- dash of cayenne pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- (garnish) squeeze of lemon
- (garnish) 3 tbsp sliced green cabbage
