- ¾ cup soy sauce (180mL)
- ½ cup mirin, i.e. Japanese rice wine (120mL)
- 1 tbsp sugar (12g)
- 2 tsp garlic powder (6g)
- 1 tsp ginger powder (1.5g)
- pinch of nutmeg

Steps
