How to Obtain
Find the Noiseblaster in Fort Vaullerey, and then upgrade from Cid with a Magnetron. Find Magnetron in Chapter 13 as a drop, OR as a 5% drop from the MA-Hoplomachus in the Formouth Garrison side quest.
