===Ingredients===
1 country loaf bread
1 tsp olive oil (5 mL)
===Steps===
1. Cut one slice of bread from a country loaf.
2. Brush 1 teaspoon olive oil onto the bread. Bake it at 230C for 10 minutes or fry it on a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
