“I AM NOCTIS, PRINCE OF LUCIS AND KING OF FISHING!”
===Ingredients===
*12oz sea bass, or any fish really (340g)
*Panko bread crumbs - enough to coat the fish
*2 tbsp tartar sauce (30mL)
*1 egg, beaten
*flour - enough to coat the fish
*salt and pepper, to taste
*dash of cayenne pepper, to taste
*garlic powder, to taste
*(garnish) squeeze of lemon
*(garnish) 3 tbsp sliced green cabbage
*(garnish) Lemon wedge
===Steps===
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C)
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with canola oil, enough to entirely coat bottom, about ½ inch in depth
3. Cut fish into approximately 6oz (170g) pieces.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Season breadcrumbs and flour with salt, pepper, and a dash of cayenne and garlic powder to taste.
6. Coat fish in flour, then dip in egg, then coat with panko.
7. Place fish in hot pan with oil and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
8. Place on parchment paper lined pan and put in oven.
9. Cook until inside temp reaches 130°F (55°C).
10. Remove from oven and sprinkle salt over top.
11. Squeeze a bit of lemon over cabbage slices, add salt and pepper. Serve with tartar sauce, sliced cabbage, and lemon wedge.
