- 1 cup soy sauce (240mL)
- ⅓ cup mirin, i.e. Japanese rice wine (80mL)
- 2 tsp rice vinegar (10mL)
- ¼ cup sugar (50g) + 1 tbsp sugar (12.5g)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (3g)
- ½ tsp ginger powder (1.5g)
- 10-15 pieces of shrimp

- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- handful of sprouts
