| Description | A king was changed forever when his beloved queen was taken from him prematurely. This was his katana. It is drawn and strikes in a single heartbeat. |
Katana of the Warrior is a Royal Arm Weapon.
How to Obtain
Obtained at the end of Chapter 10.
Movesets
- Basic combo: Fast slashes.
- Aerial combo: Fast slashes.
- Phase counter: Hit with the hilt.
- Warp strike: Slow single slash. By holding/mashing triangle, you can execute followup warp-strikes very quickly, dealing massive amounts of burst damage. Since they are all individual warp strikes, you are completely immune throughout the combo, but will burn through your health and MP in seconds.
- How to use: The basic combos are decent, but the warp strike is the best part. Use it for fast burst damage when you're overwhelmed. You'll destroy the enemies while being immune. Just be sure to stop before you kill yourself.
Additional Information
- Unique warp strike: performs a long wind-up that culminates in a single strong slash. Invincible throughout. Follow-up warp strikes are instant rather than drawing it, and are generally quicker in succession than other warp strikes. Can be held down instead of tapped, but same applies to any warp strikes and attacks.
